1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Alfred 3 ("the Service"), operated by Kowito, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Alfred is a visual workspace for agentic software development. It provides a Kanban board, Agent Squad Monitor, Knowledge Graph, and Virtual Context Editor for managing AI-assisted coding workflows. The Service operates on a credit-based pay-as-you-go model.

3. Accounts and credits

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Credits are purchased via deposit and do not expire while your account is active.
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate malicious code, malware, or tools for unauthorized access to systems.
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
  • Abuse the credit system or attempt to circumvent billing.

5. Your content

You retain all intellectual property rights to the code and content you create using Alfred. You grant Kowito a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your code to train AI models.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated code may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying any code produced by the Service. Kowito is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated output.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kowito's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
