Pricing FAQ
Common questions.
Do credits expire?
Never. Credits you deposit stay in your account until you use them, whether that's next week or next year.
Can I deposit a custom amount?
Yes. Email us at [email protected] and 100% of any amount you deposit will be converted to credits.
What's the difference between Eco and Genius Mode?
Eco Mode uses fast, efficient models (Claude 3.5 Haiku class) — great for boilerplate, refactors, and routine tasks. Genius Mode uses frontier reasoning models (Claude Sonnet 4 class) for complex multi-agent missions and architecture work.
Can I switch modes per task?
Yes. You choose the mode right inside Alfred when you assign a task. There's no configuration or setting to change globally.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Alfred will prompt you to deposit more. Your existing work and codebase data are preserved — nothing is deleted.
